Registration for 2024-25 is open!  The process is much the same but with a few changes that are explained below.  Returning families have through Aug 25th before new families may register.  This includes siblings of current families.

Registration this year INCLUDES the swimmers USA Swimming registration and will be handled by WAC Admin.  New families/swimmers will still follow the self-registration process and will receive an invitation to do so with detailed instructions. 

*WAC Booster fee will be billed upon initial registration and June 1st for all LC swimmers. 

Other changes

Again this year you will have 5 billing options for which to choose from.  The Annual Single Discount Payment option remains intact and will offer a greater discount to families choosing this option.  Annual Monthly Payment (discounted) option allows you to spread fees out over 8 monthly payments. Similarly, the Short Course Monthly option provides the same convenience over 6 monthly payments (Sept 1 thru Feb 1).

Note: Gold 2 and Senior swimmers will choose one the first two (Annual) options below.

Payment Options

  1. Annual Single Discount Payment – Payment due on September 1st or the first day of your season.  Athlete is paid through August 2024 with no further monthly payments and no refunds. 
  2. Annual Discount with 8 Monthly Payments – Annual commitment spread out over 8 months. Choosing this option prior to the first payment (due on September 1st) commits the family to a total of 8 monthly payments to be made on the 1st of each month thereafter through April 1st with no further monthly payments (May thru Aug) and no refunds. Athlete will be eligible through August 2024.
  3.  Short Course Season Single Discount Payment – First payment due on September 1st or the first day of your season.  Athlete is eligible through March 2024 with no further monthly payments and no refunds. Re-registration will be necessary if the athlete continues into the spring and summer.  
  4. Short Course Monthly Payments – Short Course Season commitment spread out over 6 months. First payment due on September 1st and the 1st of each month thereafter through Feb 1st. Family commitment through Feb 1st 2024 to make these payments. Re-registration will be necessary if the athlete continues into the spring and summer.    
  5. Month to Month Payments – Athlete may pause their membership at any time during the season if Coach Jim is notified on or before the 25th of the preceding month. 

These changes allow for families to make an informed and appropriate level of commitment for their swimmer(s) and receive discount incentives for doing so.    Please, read the Registration Agreement as part of the registration process carefully to understand the financial responsibility for each of these billing choices.  Expect a follow up email to this regard if you’re not proactive in your choice.
