  • Freshman Parent Meeting: 8/25 @ 7:30pm on Zoom
  • General Parent Meeting: 9/2 @ 7:30pm on Zoom
  • Start of the season: 9/8
  • Suit fitting & Equipment sale: 9/10 5:00-7:00pm in the WJC Pool Lodge
  • Senior Program Gathering: 9/17 @ 5:15pm in Lodge 
    • Senior swimmers will be let our slightly early from practice and HS2/HS swimmers will arrive at the time listed above and will have enough time between eating and practice to fully digest their food.
  • Biathlon: 9/27 7:00-12:00pm (various start and end times depending on group)
    • The registration for the Biathlon is live, see information below.

  • I have broken down each groups expected meets and posted seperate schedules to help your planning.

Practice Schedule This Week​

  • Swimmers who have signed up for the August optionals may attend M/T/H this week at the times below based on what group you are. Reminder, all rising 9th graders will transition into training with the HS/SR groups.
    • HS/SR (rising 9th included): 3:30-5:30pm
    • Age group: 5:30-7:00pm (parents of Bronze swimmers may pull them any time after 6:30pm if you wish)

25-26 Season Practice Schedule

  • The practice schedule for the 25-26 fall/winter season has been posted.

Registration

  • Registration for returning families is open. 
  • The registration fee will increase from $130 to $180 in 8/26. On this date, all new families will be able to register.
  • We are likely to run a waitlist in our groups this season, please ensure you are registering ASAP if you are a returning family so I know how many new families I can admit.
  • Once 8/26 hits, registration  is a first come first serve.

New Website

  • The new website is live.

Full Group Get Togethers

  • The exact details for these are in the works and we want to wait until registration for new families opens to release any specific information but to keep you in the loop, full group organized get togethers are in the process of being planned.
  • These will be opportunities for swimmers in a group level to socialize together.
  • We will be holding these as full group gatherings:
    • HS/SR: Scheduled (information above)
    • Gold: TBD
    • Silver: TBD
    • Bronze: TBD

16th Annual Biathlon

  • The Biathlon is being held in September this season! 
  • You are currently able to declare for the Biathlon using the new website, if you have any questions on the new process, please let me know. 
  • The information from the 2024 Biathlon has been posted to refresh yourself on how it works. The 2025 information will be posted as we near closer to the event.
  • You are also able to sign up for volunteer positions! If you know which position you want to sign up for because you are a veteren parent, please feel free. The job descriptions are posted so you can determine if a role suits you.
  • CHANGE TO 2025: Bronze participants will no longer have a shuttle to Sharon. I list the reasons why on the event sign up.
