Meet Schedule

  • TYR Invite: Thu-Sun
  • We do not have all the finalized information from CM at this time, once we do it will be posted and communicated.

Practice Schedule​

  • All groups are on a normal schedule with the exception of G2 being shortened :30 minutes on Monday PM and OFF on Friday due to the meet.

Registration Deadlines

  • The following meets have registration deadlines you need to be aware of (all deadlines end on the date listed at 11:59pm):
    • Regionals: 6/27 (MOVED UP)

Regionals

  • The information for the Regional Championships has been uploaded to the website. 
  • In order to be entered in a 200+ event, a swimmer must have a National Age Group B Time Standard. This is in line with the protocol for the Senior Championships and was done to allow for a more managable timeline as well as align with the Senior level.

4th of July Coaches Breakfast

  • Please join us for the annual 4th of July "Coaches Breakfast". 
  • The event will be held at the WJC pool this season.
  • The event is from 6:00-10:00am with specific times for senior/high school swimmers and age group swimmers.
    • SR/HS: 6:00-8:30 Swim and 8:30-9:30am Breakfast
    • Age Group: 7:30-9:00am Swim and 9:00-10:00am Breakfast
  • A Sign Up Genius Link will be emailed out to everyone soon.
    • There will be jobs to sign up for such as "set up", "clean up" as well as sign ups for various foods to contribute.
  • Please keep an eye out for this email, it will be sent very soon.

On the Horizon

  • Junior Champs
  • Next season group recommendations
    • These will be coming via email to you shortly after Regionals. Recommendations are given based on grade, practice habits, and practice ability. Competitive ability is not typcally used to determine group placement.
  • Registraion
    • We are working toward having the registration be available for returning families much earlier this season.
  • Fall/Winter Practice Schedule
    • This is in its draft stage. Once finalized, the coaches will have an opportunity to look it over and then it will be posted.
  • Meet Schedule
    • This is drafted as well and much more finalized but a few more decisions need to be made before it is live.
  • New Swimmer Evaluations
    • Know someone in summer league that is interested in year round swimming? Tell them to be on the lookout for
